I built Longevity Framework to keep track of the changes I've made to my own life in pursuit of better healthspan — living not just longer, but healthier for longer.

It started as an attempt to catalogue the science behind everything I was doing, but I quickly found that the barrier to keeping it updated was too high. So I've simplified it: this is a record of what I personally do and why, with links to the research, books, and podcasts that convinced me to make each change.

I'm not a doctor or researcher. Nothing here is medical advice. The goal is to share what I've learned in a format that's easy to read and useful to others who are on the same path.

It's a living document — I add to it as I learn and adjust.
